Khidma Plus: On-Demand Services App

The Challenge

A UAE-based client had licensed an off-the-shelf on-demand services app but needed it adapted to their local market, language, and day-to-day booking workflow rather than running it as-is.

What We Built

We customized the existing Laravel and Flutter codebase across both the customer and provider-facing apps, adding dynamic in-app language translation for the local UAE market, OTP autofill for faster sign-in, and a range of UI and booking-flow enhancements tailored to how the client's business actually operates.

• Dynamic, in-app English and Arabic translation for the local UAE market
• OTP autofill for faster, friction-free sign-in on both apps
• Customized booking and service-request flows to match the client's workflow
• UI enhancements across both the customer-facing and provider-facing on-demand apps
• Adapted the existing Laravel/Flutter codebase rather than a ground-up rebuild, for faster delivery

Where It Stands

Delivered in two months as a localized on-demand handyman services app with English and Arabic support, tailored and ready for the client's local market.
