Mapify: Indoor Navigations

The Challenge

Organizations needed a way to help visitors navigate large indoor spaces where GPS doesn't work, without hand-building maps for every building.

What We Built

Two Flutter apps, one for managers to register organizations and upload blueprints, one for end users, backed by a deep learning pipeline that converts blueprints into indoor maps with real-world coordinates.

• Manager app for registering organizations and uploading building blueprints
• End-user app for searching destinations and getting turn-by-turn indoor directions
• Automatic conversion of raw blueprints into navigable maps via our computer-vision pipeline
• Real-world coordinate mapping so routes reflect actual building distances
• Shortest-path routing between any two points of interest inside a building
• Support for onboarding multiple organizations and buildings from one manager account

Where It Stands

Delivered in two months, with users able to find the shortest path between points of interest inside a building in real time.
