Restaurant Apps
Restaurant and food delivery app development
Your own ordering app, driver app and admin panel, connected to your POS and kitchen, so regular customers order from you directly instead of through a marketplace that takes a cut of every order.
The System
Everything from order to doorstep
Customer ordering app
Your own branded iOS and Android app for pickup and delivery orders, with your menu, your prices and no marketplace commission on every order.
Driver app
Drivers receive assigned orders, see where to go and update order status, so customers and staff always know where a delivery is.
Admin panel
Manage menus, prices, tax, staff and drivers from a browser, with real-time sales and order reporting.
POS and kitchen connection
Orders flow straight into your POS and kitchen display, so online and in-store orders run through one system instead of a tablet per platform.
Live in a Real Restaurant
The operations side is already running
At Bocconcino Pizza & Donairs in Burlington, Ontario, our POS takes pickup, delivery and walk-in orders, routes tickets to the kitchen and assigns delivery drivers, with a web admin panel for menus and sales. It has been live since June 2026. A customer ordering app plugs into this same backend, so online orders land in the kitchen exactly like in-store ones.

Frequently Asked
Restaurant app questions
How much does restaurant app development cost?
A restaurant ordering app typically costs US$1,500 to US$3,500 (about CA$2,000 to CA$4,800), depending on whether it includes delivery, a driver app and a connection to your POS. A full custom POS with admin panel is US$2,500 to US$6,000 on its own.
Why build my own food delivery app instead of using delivery marketplaces?
Delivery marketplaces bring new customers but take a commission on every order. Your own app lets regular customers order directly, keeps more of each order, and gives you their contact details and order history. Many restaurants use both: marketplaces for discovery and their own app for repeat customers.
Can the app connect to my existing POS?
Often, yes, if your POS provides an integration API. If you use our POS, online orders, kitchen tickets and driver dispatch all run on the same backend already.
Have you built restaurant software that is live?
Yes. Our restaurant POS, admin panel and delivery driver dispatch have been running at Bocconcino Pizza & Donairs in Burlington, Ontario since June 2026.
Do you build for iOS and Android?
Yes. We build restaurant apps in Flutter, so one codebase runs on both iOS and Android, and the same technology powers our Windows POS.
