Moderating a Live Dating and Streaming Platform: Sparsha's Admin Panel

Verification is only half the safety story

Sparsha's onboarding verifies every user's identity using voice and face recognition before they can interact with anyone else. That handles who gets in. It does not handle what happens after: moderating live streams, room streams, and reels once real users are actually using the platform in real time.

A dashboard built for operators, not just data

We built a web-based admin panel alongside the Sparsha app specifically for the team running the platform day to day.

• User management, including reviewing the results of voice and face gender verification
• Moderation tools for reels and both live and room streams
• Real-time visibility into ongoing calls, streams, and reported content
• Analytics and reporting on platform activity and engagement, without needing to query a database directly for every question

One backend, two very different interfaces

The admin panel runs on the same backend as the Sparsha mobile app, which matters more than it sounds. A moderation action taken in the dashboard reflects immediately in the live app, because there is one source of truth rather than two systems that need to be kept in sync by hand.
