Taking Three Half-Built Apps to Launch: The TicketEve Ticketing Platform

How we took TicketEve's organizer, buyer, and gate-scanner apps from early-stage builds to fully store-ready launch, on top of an existing Laravel backend.

Not every project starts from zero

TicketEve came to us with an existing Laravel-backed ticketing platform and three Flutter apps already in progress: one for event organizers, one for ticket buyers, and one for gate scanners validating tickets at the door. None of them were finished. All three needed to go from early-stage builds to something genuinely launch-ready.

Three apps, one platform, no rewrite

We completed and enhanced all three apps rather than starting over, integrating with the existing backend and Firebase infrastructure that was already in place.

  • Organizer app: event creation, listing management, and sales tracking
  • Buyer app: browsing, purchasing, and on-device ticket storage
  • Gate-scanner app: validating tickets at the door in real time, the app with zero tolerance for lag once an event is actually running

One notification system, not three

Firebase-powered notifications tie all three apps together, keeping organizers and buyers updated without building a separate messaging system from scratch for each one.

Store-ready means more than feature-complete

Taking an app from early-stage to store-ready involves a lot of work that never shows up in a feature list: submission requirements, edge-case handling, and the kind of polish that separates a working demo from something you would actually trust at the door of a real event. That work is what turned three in-progress builds into a complete, store-ready mobile experience in two months.
